Engsolve’s long-term client is a UK-based developer of Energy from Waste (EfW) projects. The client is actively developing multiple sites across the country that utilise a range of waste streams, including plastics, to generate power and supply district heating. Engsolve was engaged as a trusted technical advisor to support early project scoping and stakeholder engagement.
- Description of Services
In its advisory role, Engsolve has provided comprehensive technical support across multiple project phases. This has included detailed technology reviews and verifications, assessments of vendor guarantees and process performance claims, and evaluations of prospective sites for suitability and feasibility.
Engsolve has also contributed technical insights during commercial discussions, including bid evaluations and investor presentations. Support has extended to interactions with local authorities to help navigate planning and compliance requirements.
As the client moves toward financial close on its first site, Engsolve continues to provide strategic support. Following financial close, Engsolve has been requested to take on the role of Owner’s Engineer, providing oversight throughout the construction and commissioning phases to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery.
