Engsolve is an independent multi-disciplined engineering consultancy, based in Bridgend.
We are currently looking for an Office Manager to become a member of the Engsolve team.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (or relevant qualification), have at least 5 years office experience, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, specifically Word and PowerPoint is essential.
The role involves assisting in the day-to-day management of the office and effective delivery of project-related work, such as document formatting and managing of project filing systems. You will be required to provide support and assistance to the Managing Director, and manage administrative related projects, such as IT.
Experience within the Energy sector would be beneficial but not essential.
The position covers a highly competitive salary and employment package.
