In conjunction with Capstone Power Solutions, the Engsolve team designed a solution for Egdon Resources to reduce flared gas at their UK based site. This greatly reduced their flared emissions and created energy.
Description of services
Engsolve designed a system which took gas destined for flaring, and routed to Capstone’s Power Generators. Various steps and novel solutions ensured that the gas was correctly conditioned to meet the required inlet conditions for the generators. Working with the client, the site team, and the vendors the Engsolve team ensured that the project went smoothly through design, HAZOP, and construction.
After a successful installation, the flared gas from the site was significantly reduced and the generators created power to run the site and be exported to the grid.
